Process
No black box. Here's exactly how an engagement runs.
Five steps, no surprises. The same way we'd want to be handled as a client — because until recently, we were.
- 01
Discovery call
We ask about the business problem before we talk tech. 20 minutes, no obligation, no runaround.
- 02
Working prototype, not a proposal
For many projects we'll build something clickable within days, so you're deciding on what you can see — not a slide deck.
- 03
Scope & transparent pricing
You know what you're paying for and why, before anything is built. No surprise line items later.
- 04
Build in the open
Regular check-ins and visible progress — not a black box until launch day.
- 05
Launch, then stay on
We hand it over cleanly, train your team on the system, and stay on for 30 days of included support. Then we keep iterating.
Working principles
What to expect from us, in three lines.
No black box
You always know what's being worked on, why, and what it costs. Status never comes as a surprise.
Decide on what you can see
The prototype isn't a sales prop — it's the actual starting point of your product.
One accountable team
The same small team that scopes your project builds and supports it.
FAQ
The questions clients ask before they reach out.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, which is why every engagement starts with requirements and an itemized quote. You see the full breakdown and total before anything is built, and nothing gets added without your sign-off.
Do you have fixed packages?
For UMKM and local brands, yes: fixed-price websites and online ordering packages. For larger platforms and internal systems, we scope case by case so the quote matches the problem.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes team training and 30 days of support, so your team can run the system from day one. After that, iteration retainers keep the product improving.
Who will actually work on my project?
The senior people who scope it. No account manager, no junior handoff, no relayed briefs. You talk to the people building.
